Zircons purchased on the UK Amazon website between October 2020 to January 15, 2025 are natural diamonds cut for the jewellery trade and for investments.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann investigated the merchandise on Amazon while teaching an investment class and found the gems to be natural diamonds. It is unknown how many natural diamonds ended up on Amazon UK under the name Zircon but vendors have been warned about the name issue. A diamond mine in Russia mines Zircon and raw Zircon diamonds were found being sold in Morocco.
After examining the natural diamonds with experts, it was proven the stones were not defense diamonds and could be kept on the open market. Defense diamonds are flawless and cut for weapons. Natural diamonds tend to have small inclusions and flaws that are not visible to the naked eye.
Because natural diamonds are not restricted and are not registered with the defense departments, the investors, jewellers and consumers who purchased diamonds from October 2020 to January 15, 2025 are encouraged to have their gems reviewed by a gemologist and graded.
The stones available on Amazon UK range in size and value from a few hundred pounds to a few million pounds Sterling.
The treasury of the UK will inspect a loose diamond brought in with a receipt from Amazon UK stating the diamond as a Zircon. The treasury of the UK has a full list of original purchasers. No zircon diamond that has been set in jewellery will be reviewed but any jewellery store with a gemologist is able to inspect the quality of the natural diamond set in jewellery.
There is no vat or import tax on diamonds between monarchy nations. Any mechandise labeled with the name Zircon has been removed from Amazon UK to avoid further deaths or injuries.
If you were in the investment class investing in gemstones, travel with your receipts to avoid extra vat or taxes. All children in the investment class have their investment cash located at the English Treasury in a trust with their name for continued use as investment funds.
